When you use Raketra, we may collect:

• Name, email, and username (when you sign up)
• Phone number (if you provide it for account verification or SMS notifications)
• Location info (if you share it for team discovery or "Nearby Teams")
• Gameplay activity (matches played, wins/losses, availability, etc.)
• Device/browser data (for analytics and performance)

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data
• We don't track you across the internet
• We don't read your team chats (unless you report something)

Your info is in the kitchen, and just like in pickleball — we're not stepping in.

Mobile/SMS Data

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Why We Use Your Info

We use your data to:

• Match you with teams, players, leagues, and events
• Power features like search, scheduling, rankings, and My Hub
• Improve the app and notify you about key stuff (like new leagues or a teammate challenge)

We may occasionally send you product updates or feature invites — you can unsubscribe anytime.

Who Sees Your Info

• Your public profile (username, city, rating, stats) is visible to other users by default
• If you're on a team or enter a league, your teammates and opponents will see your profile and match info
• Private info (like your email) stays private and is never shared with sponsors, players, or anyone else

Payments & Billing

All payment processing is handled securely via Stripe. We don't store or touch your credit card data.

Your Controls

You can:

• Edit or delete your profile at any time
• Leave a team or league
• Contact us at support@raketra.com to fully delete your account and associated data

Analytics & Third-Party Tools

We use trusted tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to understand how the app is used — anonymously and respectfully.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever make changes to this policy, we'll post them here and (if big enough) we'll give you a heads-up in the app or by email.
