Raketra Terms of Use

Welcome to Raketra — a competitive playground for pickleball players and teams. By using our platform (website or mobile app), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use Raketra.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Raketra. If you're under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login info safe and for anything that happens on your account. Don't share your password. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know immediately at support@raketra.com.

3. Platform Rules

Please play fair, be respectful, and follow league and team rules. Raketra reserves the right to suspend or remove users for misconduct including:

  • Abusive language
  • Fraudulent behavior (e.g., fake matches or accounts)
  • Harassment or violations of our community standards

4. Content

You retain ownership of any content (profile images, team names, etc.) you upload — but by submitting it, you give us permission to display it on the platform. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or copyrighted without permission.

5. Payments

Paid features (subscriptions, one-time fees) are billed via Stripe. Prices may change, but you'll always be notified before any charge. No refunds unless otherwise stated.

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you break the rules or abuse the platform.

7. Liability

We try our best to make Raketra stable and secure, but we can't guarantee perfect uptime or error-free experience. We're not responsible for losses due to app downtime, bugs, or user-generated content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date above and notify you if changes are significant.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Raketra may send you SMS/text messages for account verification (one-time passcodes) and account notifications.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • For support, contact support@raketra.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages from Raketra. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Raketra Privacy Policy

We care about your data almost as much as we care about dinks, drop shots, and your leaderboard ranking. Here's how we handle your personal info on Raketra:

What We Collect

When you use Raketra, we may collect:

  • Name, email, and username (when you sign up)
  • Phone number (if you provide it for account verification or SMS notifications)
  • Location info (if you share it for team discovery or "Nearby Teams")
  • Gameplay activity (matches played, wins/losses, availability, etc.)
  • Device/browser data (for analytics and performance)

What We Don't Do

  • We don't sell your data
  • We don't track you across the internet
  • We don't read your team chats (unless you report something)

Your info is in the kitchen, and just like in pickleball — we're not stepping in.

Mobile/SMS Data

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Why We Use Your Info

We use your data to:

  • Match you with teams, players, leagues, and events
  • Power features like search, scheduling, rankings, and My Hub
  • Improve the app and notify you about key stuff (like new leagues or a teammate challenge)

We may occasionally send you product updates or feature invites — you can unsubscribe anytime.

Who Sees Your Info

  • Your public profile (username, city, rating, stats) is visible to other users by default
  • If you're on a team or enter a league, your teammates and opponents will see your profile and match info
  • Private info (like your email) stays private and is never shared with sponsors, players, or anyone else

Payments & Billing

All payment processing is handled securely via Stripe. We don't store or touch your credit card data.

Your Controls

You can:

  • Edit or delete your profile at any time
  • Leave a team or league
  • Contact us at support@raketra.com to fully delete your account and associated data

Analytics & Third-Party Tools

We use trusted tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to understand how the app is used — anonymously and respectfully.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever make changes to this policy, we'll post them here and (if big enough) we'll give you a heads-up in the app or by email.
